I don't think you're fully appreciating just how much money a billion dollars is. You know what the difference is between a million dollars and a billion dollars? Approximately a billion dollars.
One single billion dollars is a ludicrous, insane amount of money for any one individual to have. You can work 50 times harder than everyone else, take massive risks, go through all the "blood sweat and tears," and you still haven't "earned" a billion dollars. 10 million dollars is enough to live a happy content life, a worthy reward for working so hard and taking so many risks. A billion dollars? That's ridiculous. Nobody needs that. And you certainly don't need a ~hundred~ billion dollars. The idea that anyone has that kind of money and doesn't feel the urge to use most of it to help others is disgusting, and i have no sympathy for people in that position.
